These terms explain how customers may use Pant to browse restaurant menus, place orders, and manage account features.
Last updated:
1. Acceptance
By accessing Pant, creating an account, scanning a restaurant QR code, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.
If you use Pant on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that use.
2. Service overview
Pant provides customer-facing ordering tools for participating restaurants. The service may include digital menus, dine-in ordering, takeaway, delivery routing, order status, wallet credit, refunds, promotions, and related account features.
- Restaurants remain responsible for their menus, prices, item availability, preparation, service, and fulfillment.
- Pant may validate orders, payments, discounts, wallet credit, and restaurant availability before accepting a request.
- Some features may be unavailable for a restaurant, location, region, device, or account state.
3. Accounts and contact information
You may need a client account to place certain orders, save addresses, use wallet credit, view order history, or receive account-specific support. You are responsible for keeping your login method, phone number, email address, and saved delivery details accurate.
You must not use another person's account without permission or interfere with the normal operation of the service.
4. Orders, menus, and payments
Menu content is provided by restaurants and may change at any time. Displayed prices, item names, descriptions, images, and availability are informational until Pant and the restaurant validate the order.
- When you submit an order, Pant sends the selected item IDs, quantities, options, service type, and fulfillment details to the backend for validation.
- The final payable amount is calculated by the backend using the current restaurant rules.
- A restaurant may accept, decline, update, or report an unavailable item according to the active ordering flow.
5. Wallet credit, refunds, and promotions
Wallet credit, refunds, promotion codes, and discounts may be limited by restaurant, location, currency, account, expiration, eligibility, and backend validation. Pant may refuse or reverse a benefit that was applied incorrectly, expired, duplicated, or used in a way that violates these terms.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass ordering, payment, identity, delivery, or availability checks.
- Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt Pant or a restaurant ordering surface.
- Do not submit false delivery information, abusive messages, fraudulent payment attempts, or unauthorized account activity.
7. Changes and availability
Pant may change, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, restaurant configuration, or product improvements. We try to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Responsibility limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pant is not responsible for indirect losses, restaurant preparation issues, restaurant service failures, device or network problems, or third-party services outside Pant's control.
